How and Where Do We Ship?
Archivast ships all fine artwork via FedEx. We ship anywhere in the United States. For international shipments, please contact us and we'll provide you with a custom quote.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package to be delivered.
All photographs are fully insured during shipping to cover damage, loss, or non-delivery. If, for whatever reason, you are concerned about the status of your delivery, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We take great care to ensure that your order is carefully packaged so that it arrives in the same mint condition in which it left our facilities. Photographs ordered as "Print Only" are shipped in made to order high-strength shipping tubes. Photographs ordered as "Framed" are shipped in reinforced heavy-duty boxes and packed with custom padding and corners to ensure their safety in shipping.
Archivast guarantees every print we ship. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the photograph you purchased you must return it to us within 10 calendar days of receiving it and claim a refund for the price of the work, exclusive of shipping costs. To qualify for a refund, please note the customer is responsible for the return of the item to Archivast. If you have further questions regarding our return policy or would like advice on how to send the artwork back to us in order to avoid damage in transit, please contact us at email@example.com
Damaged Items and Reprint Requests
If your item arrives damaged, we will promptly replace or refund your order. To initiate a damage claim or request a reprint, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include the following details in your email:
- Photo of the damage to your artwork
- Photo of the shipping box it arrived in
- Order number
- Brief description of the damage
- Preference to replace or refund your order
