Blossom Restaurant, 1935

from 295.00

A local landmark among the flophouses, pawn shops and brothels of the Bowery, Blossom Restaurant catered to a low-brow clientele. The hand-lettered storefront menu attracted derelicts and down-and-outs that populated the neighborhood, seeking cheap food at cheap prices and perhaps a warm place to rest just for a while.
