Delmonico's Kitchen, 1902

from 315.00

The legendary Delmonico’s restaurant hosted New York society for nearly 100 years, following wealthy patrons uptown to finally settle at Fifth Avenue and 44th Street, the last of many incarnations. This rare peek inside its massive kitchen with legions of cooks and oversized pans feels eons away from today’s celebrity-driven chef culture.
